Bullnose Corner Bead

Bullnose Corner Bead is a drywall trim used to create smooth, rounded outside corners instead of the standard sharp 90° edge. It’s often used in residential and commercial interiors where a softer, decorative look is desired, or where traffic might bump the corners (hallways, playgrounds, etc.).

Structure

• Material: Typically PVC/vinyl or metal (galvanized steel/aluminum)

• Shape: Rounded or radius‑ed nose instead of a sharp angle

• Flanges: Perforated or ribbed edges for strong bond with joint compound

• Finish: Paintable surface once mudded and finished
